Home Health Care Aides
Provide hands-on in-home service to individuals in areas of personal care and home making. May provide child care, respite care, palliative care, etc. These positions are also sometimes called Personal Care Attendant, Nurses Aid, Personal Care Aid, or Home Support Worker.

Schedulers and Office Assistants
Provide client and staff placement scheduling for their programs. Communicate scheduling and service changes to both clients and staff. May schedule manually or input relevant data into scheduling systems to fill shifts, run schedules, calendars and reports, etc.

Program Coordinators and Supervisors
Are responsible for; appropriate client assessment and case management; personnel management including hiring, orientation, client and staff file maintenance, etc. May participate in scheduling and on-call rotations that provide 24 hour support for clients and Home Health Care Aides.

Program Directors and Managers
Ensure that the services provided through their programs meet the needs of the client, and that all accreditation standards, contractual obligations and program policies and procedures are met. They develop budgets, policies and procedures and provide personnel management as well as participate in planning, marketing and advocacy activities, etc.

Administrative Assistants and Receptionists
Provide reception, administrative and accounting assistance to their programs. They perform clerical, accounts receivable/payable/payroll tasks and may be responsible for equipment and supply maintenance, etc.
