For all of us involved in the provision of home care services, the challenges are many yet the rewards are extremely fulfilling. Each of us is responding to the rapid and dynamic change in this industry, such as increasing demand for services, more complex care requirements, stretched budgets, increasing focus on standards and outcomes, legislative changes, personnel shortages, and more.
The Alberta Home Care and Support Association is the forum that creates a collective voice for its Members. As a Member, your active support and involvement is critical to the Association's efforts to respond to this changing environment and to support the delivery of high quality care in Alberta.
